Welcome to Kweeky
Kweeky is a weekly planning tool. Instead of juggling a traditional calendar full of alarms and overlaps, you plan your week at a glance and place blocks where they actually fit. It’s fast, visual, and focused on realistic time budgeting.
What this app does
- Plan your week using a scrollable grid with seven days and customizable time window (e.g. 4:00–3:00 to support late nights).
- Add blocks (events/tasks) with title, color, day, start time, and duration. You can quickly add from empty slots or edit existing ones.
- Toggle between viewing a single week or an all-weeks overview to compare and navigate.
- Personalize week start (Monday/Sunday), visible time window, and zoom (hour height) from Settings.
How it’s different from a calendar
Traditional calendar
- Rigid time slots, lots of alarms and invites.
- Optimized for meetings and fixed appointments.
- Overlaps easily; hard to budget deep work time.
Kweeky
- Plan weekly at a glance with flexible blocks.
- Built for timeboxing and realistic capacity planning.
- Custom day window and zoom for your routine.
Getting started
- Set your basics in Settings
Choose week start (Monday/Sunday), your typical wake/sleep window, and adjust zoom (Hour height) until the grid feels right on your screen.
- Add your first block
Click an empty slot in the grid to open Quick Add. Give it a title, pick a color, start time and duration. You can always edit later.
- Edit and detail items
Click a block to open its details. Adjust timing, notes, or delete if needed. Use the All Weeks view to move across weeks.
- Use the week anchor to stay consistent
The app uses an anchor date to compute abstract week numbers. Update it in Settings if your week baseline changes; Kweeky will keep your navigation coherent.
- Review capacity and balance
As you place blocks, scan the week for balance between deep work, meetings, and rest. Adjust durations rather than overbooking.
Tips
- Use colors to encode energy type (e.g., deep work, admin, social) for faster scanning.
- If you work late, set the day window to wrap (e.g., 04:00–03:00) so your evening lives with the same day.
- Increase hour height in Settings if you prefer larger drag targets and more readable labels.
- Switch to the All Weeks view to compare upcoming weeks when planning bigger projects.
